I grew up in Silver Springs fixing my grandpa's computer every Sunday after church, and honestly I never stopped. By day I do IT support downtown. On here I teach the other direction, helping Calgarians 55 and up use the stuff their grandkids use. ChatGPT for writing a tricky email. Getting your photos off the phone before it dies. Building a resume when you are coming out of retirement and the last one you wrote was on a typewriter. I do not sigh, I do not grab the mouse out of your hand, and I explain it the same way my grandpa needed it explained, slowly and twice.
